That is the question...People aren't surprised to see a surveillance camera in a public place any more. Places like banks, restaurants, mall parking lots, super markets all now have hidden cameras. This is a source of Security.

A person would not likely find a camera in a private, personal place like a public restroom, dressing room in a store, or locker rooms at the gym or spa. In this case, I would consider it privacy and would not like finding a camera there.
